Custom Kitchens
Kitchens designed around the way you actually cook and live — from layout and materials through to workshop-built cabinetry and final installation.
Built-in Cupboards & Wardrobes
Made-to-measure built-in cupboards and wardrobes that use every millimetre of your space. No flat-pack, no filler panels hiding wasted room.
Bathroom Vanities
Custom vanities built for real bathrooms — sized to your space, your basin, and your plumbing, with materials chosen to handle moisture.
Bespoke Carpentry & Joinery
One-off joinery for homes and businesses: shelving, wall units, staircases, cladding, and the odd jobs no standard product will ever fit.

About Matt
Matt Worx is the workshop of Matt Geyer, a carpenter based in Broadlands Industrial, Strand. Matt builds custom kitchens, cabinetry, and furniture — work you can see in the hundreds of completed projects documented on his Instagram.
Everything is made to measure. A Matt Worx kitchen or built-in starts with your space and your ideas, not a catalogue — Matt's favourite brief is a photo of something you love and the words "can you build this?"
Custom work is an investment: it costs more than flat-pack because it is built to fit your home exactly and to last. If you want it done once and done properly, get in touch for a quote.

Before you ask for a quote
How do I get a quote?+
WhatsApp or call Matt on 082 574 6402, or email theboss@mattworx.co.za. A photo of the space, rough measurements, and a picture of what you have in mind is enough to get the conversation started.
What does custom work cost?+
Every project is quoted individually — size, materials, and finishes all matter. Custom work costs more than mass-produced alternatives because it is built to fit your space exactly and to last. Send through your ideas and Matt will give you an honest quote before you commit to anything.
Can you build something from a photo or Pinterest idea?+
Yes — that's the favourite kind of brief. Bring a screenshot, a sketch, or just a description, and Matt will work out how to build it for your space.
Which areas do you work in?+
The workshop is in Broadlands Industrial, Strand, and most projects are in the Helderberg — Strand, Somerset West, and Gordon's Bay — and the greater Cape Town area. Further afield? Get in touch and ask.
How long does a project take?+
It depends on the size of the job and the workshop schedule. When Matt quotes, he'll give you a realistic timeline for your specific project — no overpromising.
Do you do repairs or smaller jobs?+
Contact Matt on 082 574 6402 or theboss@mattworx.co.za with the details — if it's woodwork, it's worth asking.
